SsangYong Motor has teased the first images of its flagship SUV and released the name of the new car. The launch ceremony will be held on November 4th, and for the first time in Korea, with feature the well-known singer, Lim Young-woong.
To be called the ‘All New Rexton’ in Korea, SsangYong has unveiled preview images ahead of its launch that hint at its refreshing new design, and graphically show its new exterior front look with full LED headlamps and new radiator grille.
In addition to some innovative changes in design, the new Rexton has also been enhanced in terms of driving performance and safety, and includes new state of the art ADAS safety features such as IACC (Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control), and an upgraded powertrain.
“By designing a dynamic and sophisticated look, the overall appearance has been much enhanced, and presents an exterior that embodies a robust, bold and majestic stance,” says a spokesperson for SsangYong. “The new car also boasts an advanced AI-based infotainment system which has been designed to meet market demand by giving great user satisfaction.”
