▪Ssangyong Motor Company(www.kg-mobility.com) is in full gear to take the market as the new year dawns by introducing new versions of its 4 SUV models for the year 2010.
▪Ssangyong flagship SUV models, the Rexton, Kyron, and Actyon and a sports pick-up model, the Actyon Sports, hit the market with newer and more sophisticated looks, with major changes on its exterior and interior materials, color and design, along with a number of additional optional items.
The new design reflects SYMC's dedication to stand strong against all odds and to present a vision for the future with a reasonable solution to improve product competitiveness for both the company's overseas distributors and customers. The company also plans to show its commitment to normalize its operation earlier than scheduled by increasing its sales in developing countries as the global economy shows signs of recovery.
With the new changes, all lines are now featured with a luxurious automatic transmission gear knob, an additional bezel color on its power window switches, new patterns on the leather steering wheel cover, and a visual VIN plate specification for the EU.
As for the Rexton, changes have been made to upgrade the image of its exterior/interior styling on such items as the no-flange-typed 18-inch alloy wheels, an additional front sensor in its parking aid, changed color and material of rear facia and front/real cup holders, as well as on the newly adopted molding waist line.
A chrome-plated circle switch ring, new design and material for its hand parking brake, new color and tone on instrumental panel, and new paint color on the ring part of the louver air vent are some of the changes that have been made to the Kyron, Actyon, and Actyon Sports.
"The new 2010 models reflect Ssangyong Motor Company's strong will to restart the engine with the final court approval for our turnaround plan. We are therefore committed to increase sales through dynamic marketing activities," claimed Lee Yoo-il, co-legal trustee of the company. "Normalizing the company operation as soon as possible will be the best way to repay our overseas distributors and customers for having stood by us through thick and thin. We will also launch new models inresponse toglobal trends and needs," he added.
