Ex-World Superbike star Aaron Slight is coming to Australia to test the Supermoto competition at ASM Promotions round 3 of the Mr Supermoto series, Oran park Sunday 25th Sept.
Slight is looking at being a part of the Kiwi team at the Ssangyong International Olympic Park 19th Nov. 2005. Aaron has been off the bike for a few years now but did ride a few local Supermoto events in New Zealand, and is another Rider hooked by the Supermoto Bug. Supermoto pace in Australia has been rising rapidly, so Aaron is planning to put some time on the Moto Evo Honda CRF450 before the big race on Nov 19th.
The Ssangyong International is shaping up to be a huge event, Moto-x racers galore are expected to join the fray with KTM fielding a full contingent of riders. Jay and Ryan Marmont, Daniel McCoy, Rob-T and 2 of the 6 Internationals.
Other rumoured MX riders are Honda racings Craig Anderson, Yamaha's Cheyne Boyd just to name a few.
Road racers like Allerton, Johnson, Cudlin, Taplin and Kain will also be in the quality field.
