Ssangyong Motor Co., South Korea's fourth-largest automaker, held a ceremony Wednesday to mark the completion of its second engine plant here.
The new facility in this industrial city, 398 kilometers from Seoul, can produce up to 200,000 engines a year, thus expanding the automaker's annual engine production capacity to 360,000 units, Ssangyong Motor said in a statement.
